A Bird in the Hand…
…is worth two in the bush. Unless of course it’s a rarity and then two in the bush trumps one in the hand. 😉 Here are a few images of a bird in my hand: Great Tit, Rose-ringed Parakeet, Starlings and a European Robin.

They are definitely not afraid of people although it takes a while to warm up to you if they don’t know you, but once they feed from your hand, they will remember you next time around. Clever little things!
